Bring a mug and all your own equipment.

Tables are available on a first booked, first served basis

and layout will be in straight lines.

Arrangements will be in place to meet the current Covid-19 requirements of both the

venue and the HRGB Policy, to keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible.

Everyone attending should be aware of the following information:

• Ringers are encouraged to take a lateral flow test in the 24 hours before coming. Anyone with Covid symptoms or feeling unwell should not attend.

• Masks may be required (unless someone is exempt), when moving around the building. They can be removed when they are at their ringing positions.

• Hand sanitisers will be available.

• Doors and windows will be open (please dress appropriately!).

• Numbers for ringing will be limited to allow space between rows of tables.

• Each team contact should bring a list of their attendees, with contact details,

to hand in on arrival. This information will be destroyed after 7 days.
