We plan to hold the first meeting of the next Bell Orchestra season, on Saturday, 20th November 2021 at St George’s Church in Tolworth. As usual, this meeting will take the form of rehearsal/audition and will start promptly at 10.30am (to 4.30pm). The repertoire will be that used for 2019/20.

As before, there will be multiple sets of bells provided and each ringer will be allocated a specific place to ring, but should be flexible if asked to move places. 

Each ringer will be expected to study their parts outside of the rehearsals. Staff notation will be used. Please note that the fees are due regardless of any absence. The rehearsal dates are as follows: 

22nd January 2022 

19th February 2022 

26th March 2022 

2nd April 2022 

23rd April 2022 

30th April 2022 

Each session will start promptly at 10.30am (to 4.30pm) and the cost for each rehearsal, will be £5.00 per person to cover hall rental and liquid refreshments. Ringers are expected to attend every rehearsal, and have original copies of the selected music. Previous participants may already have some of the selections. 

The planned concert date is Sunday, 7th May 2022 at the Harlequin Theatre, Redhill, as usual. The day will start at noon with the concert at 3pm.
