About the event
HRGB SE members are invited to take part in this very popular and well-attended event in the Region’s calendar. Space will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so early application is advised. The deadline for receipt of applications is Thursday 11th April. Receipt of applications will be acknowledged.
Please note that the maximum length for tables will be 36 feet.
In order to fit in as many ringers as possible and to allocate space fairly, please only request sufficient space for the number of ringers who are taking part.
Please note that in 2019, as in 2018, there will not be a rehearsal at Broadwater School in preparation for the Service.
Teams will need to prepare their music carefully before the morning rehearsal at the Cathedral on 26th October.
MUSIC: New arrangements of ‘When in our music God is glorified’ and ‘All night, all day’; pieces previously played in past years: ‘Morning’, ‘Morning has broken’, ‘Jesus shall reign’, ‘Silent Worship’, ‘Nocturne’ and ‘The day thou gavest’.
OFFERTORY: Two sets of five people are needed to collect the offertory. Please indicate on the form if your team would like to volunteer.
READERS: If anyone would like to offer to read (maximum one per team), please fill in the name in the appropriate space.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Please indicate any special needs on the form. Wheelchair users, etc. must be declared to comply with Cathedral Health and Safety policy.
